Laurie has been a member of NSA for 20 years and currently serves as the SPEAKER magazine chair. She is a Midwest farmer’s daughter with a fast-paced and slightly sarcastic sense of humor. When on the road she makes her living as a customer service and staff development expert with a splash of motivational humor mixed in. When off the road she is a wife, mother of two and a below average cook.
