Experience the power of a Mastermind group with two professional speakers who have lifted each other up, broken each other down, shared successes, and weathered tragedies.  Through it all, they’ve created a high-performance group which changed the course of their businesses and personal lives.

Take your business and your life to the next level by leveraging an idea that’s been around for over 75 years.  In this session participants will:

  •         Learn a framework to uncover behavior patterns, break through your  "go to"   excuses, and get clarity on what will work.
  •         Practice 10 Mastermind success secrets.
  •         Discuss how to form and run a well-structured Mastermind group.
  •         Develop a system to ultimately accelerate your success.

Whether you’re thinking about forming a Mastermind or have been in one for 25 years, this session will have something for you.

We’ll put the power of the Mastermind to work right in the room.  Have you been stuck on a challenge in your business?  Bring the challenge and have an opportunity to have the collective brainpower in the room get to work on producing a solution.

After hitting a ceiling in her field, Jessica Pettitt, CSP, formed a meeting of minds with three other professional speakers - Eliz Greene, Gerry O’Brion, CSP, and Thom Singer, CSP, and successfully broke through a stagnant business plan.  Two years later, all four speakers have felt the impact of a process called Gas Pedal Down.  In this webinar, you will meet two of the four and learn how they did it.

    About the Presenters:

    Jessica Pettitt, CSP

Jessica Pettitt works with organizations to build welcoming, productive, and innovative teams.  She creates the ability to communicate, listen, learn and take responsibility leading to a welcoming, and dare we say, fun workplace environment. For more than a decade, Jessica has been educating college and university staff members with her unique brand of social justice and diversity education.  Whether she provides a motivational keynote, an in-depth workshop, facilitates group interaction, or frames an entire conference as emcee, Jessica brings humor and creatively engages participants so they walk away focused and confident in their role to make change now.

    Thom Singer, CSP

Thom Singer has an eclectic background working in sales, marketing and business development roles for Fortune 500 Companies, Law Firms, and entrepreneurial ventures.  He is a business growth speaker whose work gets people to build influence, unlock potential, and drive performance. He believes that all opportunities come from people, and when we work together to find “cooperative significance” with others we all discover more success and illuminate their possibilities.

Singer is the author of twelve books and he speaks regularly at business and association conferences around the United States and beyond. He is also the host of the widely popular “Cool Things Entrepreneurs Do” podcast.  On this show he interviews entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and business leaders from a variety of industries.  He encourages his guests to share tips and ideas that can help those with an “entrepreneurial spirit” understand their potential and then go for it. Thom and his wife, Sara, make their home in Austin, Texas and are the parents of two highly spirited daughters.
