Remember when business was bad. Sorry, let me rephrase! Remember the last time when business was bad – 2008-09 when we thought, things could never get worse! Ah! Innocent times! Well, at that stage, instead of crying into my pint of Guinness, I made a determined effort to understand SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so that potential clients could find me via online search.
It has paid off. I’m reasonably good at it. I’ve had events in Canada, Bermuda, USA via Google search. Clients ranging from Oncology, Pizza, Nursing, Glass Manufacturing, Correctional Officers, Military, NSA (That’s the guys who listen to us, not the organization we’re involved with) have found me via Google Search.
I will show you what I do during this program. I can’t find my way out of IKEA without phoning my wife for directions, so if a guy like me can figure SEO out, you can too.
