After building a successful 16-year career as a full-time concert artist and private event performer, Jim was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and forced to relearn major aspects of his craft under entirely new physical limitations. Rather than stepping away from the stage, he rebuilt his performance system from the ground up, transforming adversity into a framework for leadership, adaptability, and sustained excellence in unpredictable environments.

Jim has performed for thousands of audiences across the country, including VIP events connected to artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Barbra Streisand, and Celine Dion, and has earned more than 750 verified five-star reviews throughout his career. He holds degrees in classical guitar performance from Northern Illinois University and the New England Conservatory of Music, where he studied with legendary guitarist Eliot Fisk.
