Bio

Justine Gonzalez is an American & Puerto Rican educator, writer, and speaker who supports corporations, K12 school districts, and nonprofits through her consulting firm, Educator Aide®. Justine has served as a teacher, instructional coach, and K12 school and district-level administrator, including service en the Chicago Public Schools. In 2021 she became the first Latina in the United States to become a certified trainer in the Process Communication Model® (PCM), a psychology framework utilized to train members of teams at NASA, Apple, IKEA, Loreal, and more. In addition, her consultancy practice, Educator Aide, is a Better Business Bureau accredited company.

She serves as a founding board member for Midwest Center for Social Services and previously a 2-term board member for EducateME Foundation. She is a writer and speaker while hosting the Love Learning You™ podcast, streaming in 40+ countries globally with Featured Voices monthly guests. She currently facilitates her Purposeful Pages program for leaders who want to serve with passion and purpose, is the creator of the Continuum for Leading Cultural Conversations framework, The K12 Teacher’s Introspective Practices Guide, and the Leading Schools to Extraordinary framework, along with a suite of research-based surveys for intentional employee engagement.

Currently, one of her main research and implementation passions is the progress of socially conscious AI implementation into the K12 and higher-ed ecosystem through her nonprofit, ProTeachAI® Foundation. Research areas of expertise include cross-cultural communications, intergenerational communications [2025 forthcoming book under contract with ASCD], cultural psychology, and technology in the K12 education sector.

She currently resides in the United States with her long-time partner, Mr. Scott, and their miniature poodle, Canela. They love to travel, create media projects together, and enjoy cooking and eating new foods.

Justine González, a Puerto Rican-American educator, consultant, and author, is a pioneering figure in intercultural communication and education. As the founder of Educator Aide®, Inc., she has leveraged her extensive experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and K12 school and district-level administrator in turnaround settings to support various organizations. Combined with her upbringing in a bicultural home with an Amish/Mennonite background mother and Puerto Rican father, experience talking about culture and connecting with your team(s) — and yourself — through the eyes of a fresh, millennial, third-culture kid!

In 2021, she made history by becoming one of the first Latina-certified trainers in the United States for the Process Communication Model® – a model utilized to train NASA astronauts. A Ph.D. candidate, Justine’s research focuses on cultural neuroscience, leadership, and psychology. She is also an author and the host of the Love Learning You™ podcast.
